For Harris Black, FuseDocs was quick and easy to get up and running, and they can now prepare year-end collations at the click of a button.
Prior to installing FuseDocs, our administration staff would spend hours preparing year-end collations for clients (sorting into the correct order, adding bookmarks, “sign here” stickers and security settings etc).
FuseDocs links directly into our Document Management System to extract the required documents. It is even able to select a single relevant sheet from an excel document and pull this into the resultant collation.
By having a strict document naming and location protocol in place, the development and setup process was quite simple and surprisingly quick. We were testing within days of giving FuseDocs the go ahead and Scott, the developer was great to work with – informative and efficient, turning the template setup around within a week!
Now, with a few clicks of a button, our year-end collations are prepared in PDF format within minutes, including all bookmarks, “sign here” stickers and security settings.
